Shipping Policy

Please keep in mind that order processing times and delivery may be extended during holidays, sales, and special offers.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 4 to 7 working days to dispatch from our warehouse. The standard shipping time for orders within India may range from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination, after dispatch. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. While we strive to minimize shipping delays, Pink Elephant is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Orders Containing Multiple Items:

If your order includes multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we may split your order into two parts. This way, you can receive the available items sooner, while the out-of-stock items can be dispatched separately at a later time. You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each part of the order. 

Delivery During Sales:

We deeply appreciate your support and patience during festive times of the year when we experience high demand. Please note that during holidays and sales, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive, as shipping carriers may experience overload. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and patience during such periods.

                                               INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (USA)

1. We offer international shipping to the USA.

2. A flat shipping fee of USD 30 applies to all the orders.

3. Prices listed on our website include all duties and taxes payable in India.

4. Any duties or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility. Our shipping partner will collect these charges, if any, upon delivery.

5. Please note that most shipping partners charge an additional service fee if they have to pay customs duty on your behalf. This fee, along with the customs duty, will be presented to you and must be paid by you. To avoid this service fee, contact the shipping partner with your tracking number and inform them that you would like to handle the customs clearance yourself once the parcel arrives in your country. The shipping partner will notify you when the parcel is ready for customs clearance.

6. Our standard delivery time is 9-12 business days. However, this may be extended due to delays at borders or customs, which are beyond our control.

7. Please monitor your shipment using the provided tracking details. It is your responsibility to be available at the time of delivery to receive your package.

8. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, our shipping partner will notify you. It is your responsibility to arrange an alternate date/time to receive your order.

9. If an order is uncollected and returned to us, we will deduct the two-way shipping costs and forward-and-return customs duties/taxes. You can choose to receive the remaining amount as a store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
